This document specifies a method for the determination of the contents of seven sweeteners in wine by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. This document is applicable to the determination and confirmation of the content of acesulfame potassium, saccharin sodium, cyclamate, sucralose, aspartame, alitame and neotame in wine.
