- This document stipulates the terms and definitions, overall requirements, project classification, procurement demand formulation process, technical requirements, business requirements, procurement implementation plan and risk control requirements for government procurement of furniture projects. This document is applicable to the demand management of government procurement furniture projects of state agencies, institutions and group organizations at all levels. Furniture procurement projects of state-owned enterprises can also be implemented with reference.
