- This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography method for determination of resveratrol content in agricultural products. This standard is applicable to the determination of resveratrol content in agricultural products such as peanut shells, grape skins, alfalfa, knotweed, and hellebore. The detection limits of this standard method for the determination of resveratrol content in peanut coatings, grape skins, and alfalfa are all 0.6 μg/g, and the quantitation limits are all 2.0 μg/g; the detection limit of resveratrol content in polygonum cuspidatum and hellebore The limits are all 7.5 μg/g, and the limits of quantitation are all 25 μg/g.
