This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates as well as the order (or contract) content of nickel sulfate, a by-product of smelting. This standard is applicable to nickel sulfate formed by crystallization after removing copper and removing impurities from the electrolyte of copper smelting and electrolytic refining. The product is mainly used as raw material for the nickel industry.
