Scope
This standard specifies the procedures, content, accounting methods and requirements for accounting of pollution sources in the sugar industry. This standard is applicable to the source intensity calculation of pollution sources from new (renovation, expansion) projects and pollution sources from existing projects in the sugar industry. This standard is applicable to the source intensity accounting for normal and abnormal emissions in the sugar industry. It is not applicable to the source intensity accounting for emissions from sudden leaks, fires, explosions and other accidents. This standard is applicable to the accounting of pollution source intensity of waste gas, waste water, noise and solid waste from the main production equipment and public auxiliary projects of the sugar industry. Boiler pollution source intensity that implements GB13223 is calculated in accordance with HJ888. Boiler pollution source intensity that implements GB13271 is calculated in accordance with HJ991. accounting.
