This document stipulates the terms and definitions, product specifications and operating conditions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, accompanying documents, packaging, transportation, and storage for pressure swing adsorption (PSA) ultra-pure oxygen generators. This document applies to equipment that uses the PSA method to separate oxygen from air at room temperature using molecular sieves for oxygen purification, with an oxygen purity of no less than 99%, an oxygen production capacity not exceeding 300 Nm3/h (hereinafter referred to as "ultra-pure oxygen generator").
Note 1: The oxygen production in this document refers to the standard state volume at 0°C, 0.101325 MPa (absolute pressure), with units in cubic meters (m3).
Note 2: Unless otherwise specified, all pressure values are gauge pressures.
