- The "Marine Environment Safety Guarantee Platform" is one of the construction contents of the "Marine Environment Safety Guarantee" special project of the national key research and development plan. It has the functions of comprehensive integration and fusion analysis of marine environment safety information, marine environment safety early warning, risk management and emergency auxiliary decision-making. The large-scale comprehensive information system is an important part of the national security platform. This document aims to form a complete and unified marine environment safety event classification and coding system, provide technical support for the design, construction, operation management and services of the marine environment safety assurance platform, and provide relevant information for the relevant marine environment safety fields at the national, sea area, provincial, municipal and county levels.
