This document stipulates the terms and definitions of prepared quick-frozen prepared vegetables, product classification, technical requirements, hygienic requirements for production and processing, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage requirements. This document applies to prepared quick-frozen prepared vegetables as defined in Chapter 3.
