- This document stipulates the performance requirements and test methods for the air path anti-suckback and water path anti-suckback of high-speed gas turbine handpieces (hereinafter referred to as handpieces). This document also specifies the information provided by the manufacturer for high-speed gas turbine handpieces. This document applies to high-speed gas turbine handpieces and disposable high-speed gas turbine handpieces, including matching quick connectors. This document does not apply to dental handpieces other than high-speed gas turbine handpieces and disposable high-speed gas turbine handpieces.
