Scope

The present document defines metrics and measurement methods applicable for the following systems and nodes defined in TS 123 002: ? Mobile core functions (GGSN@ HLR@ MGW@ MME@ MSC@ SGSN and PGW/SGW). Later revisions of the present document will include Radio access control nodes (BSC@ RNC) and IMS core functions (BGCF@ CSCF@ HSS@ IBCF@ MRFC@ MRFP@ SLF and LRF).
