This document stipulates the terms and definitions, basic requirements, evaluation index system, evaluation and grading of zero-carbon park evaluation, as well as the application and disclosure of evaluation results information. This document is applicable to the evaluation activities of manufacturing zero-carbon parks and the evaluation activities of first-party, second-party, and third-party evaluation organizations for zero-carbon parks. Other types of parks can refer to this implementation.
