Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, general principles, basic provisions, classification, waste reception, transportation and pretreatment, biological treatment, output, and environmental protection of the technical specifications for the biological treatment of decentralized organic waste. This document applies to biological treatment of dispersed organic waste with a daily processing capacity of no more than 30 tons.
