- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage and quality commitment of coated steel pipes for urban gas and fire protection (hereinafter referred to as steel pipes). This standard applies to coated steel pipes (including galvanized steel pipes, coated steel pipes for fire protection, coated steel pipes for gas, and painted steel pipes for gas) with outer diameters of DN15~DN300 for urban gas and fire protection pipeline projects.
