- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality commitments of rotating child restraint systems (referred to as child restraint systems). This standard applies to rotatable child restraint systems with ISOFIX fixing devices installed on motor vehicles with three wheels or more and in quality groups 0+ and I. Not suitable for use with child restraint systems installed on folding or side-facing seats.
