This document stipulates the ordering content, size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of round steel for oil and gas drilling and production blowout prevention pipes. This document is applicable to the manufacture of hot-rolled round steel with a diameter of no more than 200mm (hereinafter referred to as round steel) for oil and gas drilling and production blowout preventer pipes.
