Scope

This part of GB/T38664 specifies the basic requirements for network facilities, data resources, platform facilities and security guarantees for the open sharing of government data. This section is applicable to the implementation of government data open sharing projects by government departments, provides reference for enterprises, institutions and other organizations to participate in the construction, acceptance and operation of public data open sharing projects, and standardizes and guides the open sharing, development and utilization of government data.
