Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions and requirements related to the drying of fresh silkworm cocoons, as well as the requirements for fresh cocoon pre-treatment, semi-dry cocoon processing and cocoon drying. This standard applies to the drying method of silkworm cocoons using automatic circulating hot air cocoon drying machine and secondary drying method.
