This specification stipulates the review scope, review points and acceptance criteria for the technical review of the current environmental quality status of nuclear-related activity sites for nuclear power icebreaker construction projects. This specification is applicable to nuclear and radiation environmental impact assessment agencies’ technical review of the environmental quality of nuclear-related activity sites in the environmental impact report of nuclear-powered icebreaker construction projects.
