This document specifies the test method for evaluating the hydrogen-induced delayed fracture resistance of thin steel plates for automobiles using the deep drawing method, including the principles, terms and definitions, symbols and descriptions of the test method, specimens, deep drawing, hydrogen charging, and testing Procedures, test result calculations and test reports, etc. This document is applicable to all types of automotive thin steel plates using the cold forming process, with a thickness not greater than 3.0mm (the minimum thickness of the sample is 0.6mm) and a tensile strength not less than 1000MPa, with coatings and other strength levels. Thin steel plates can be implemented as a reference.
