This document stipulates the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage, and shelf life of flavors for oral cleaning and care products. This document is applicable to flavors used in oral cleaning and care products, including but not limited to toothpaste, oral cleaning care solution, tooth powder, gel, tooth paste, oral spray, dental floss, toothbrush, denture cleaner, denture stabilizer, and tooth cleaning tablets and other products, which can be in the form of liquid and mixed solid (powder).
