This document stipulates the terms and definitions of carbon-neutral construction of industrial enterprise projects, basic requirements, preparation stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage and evaluation stage and continuous improvement. This document is applicable to the carbon neutrality work during the commissioning and operation of new, reconstruction and expansion projects of industrial enterprises. It is not applicable to greenhouse gas emissions generated during the construction of project projects.
