Scope

This standard puts forward the general requirements for self-monitoring of pollutant discharge units in the inorganic chemical industry, the basic content and requirements for the development of monitoring plans, information recording and reporting. This standard is applicable to the self-monitoring of the water and gas pollutants and noise emitted by the inorganic chemical industry pollutant discharge units during the production and operation stage, as well as the impact on the quality of the surrounding environment. The inorganic chemical industry specifically includes: inorganic acid manufacturing 2611, inorganic alkali manufacturing 2612, inorganic salt manufacturing 2613 and other basic chemical raw material manufacturing 2619 inorganic chemical industrial product manufacturing in the "National Economic Industry Classification" (GB/T4754). Monitoring of pollutants emitted by other chemical production pollutant discharge units that use the above substances as by-products does not apply to this standard. The self-monitoring technical guidelines for pollutant discharge units in the corresponding industries shall be implemented; production of bio-hydrogen, general gases (except electrolytic hydrogen production), rare gases, liquid The monitoring of pollutants emitted by pollutant discharge units in the air and compressed air and other inorganic chemical industries shall be carried out in accordance with the "General Principles of Technical Guidelines for Self-monitoring of Pollutant Discharge Units" (HJ819). The self-monitoring requirements for self-provided thermal power generating units (factories) and supporting power boilers are implemented in accordance with the "Technical Guidelines for Self-monitoring of Sewage Discharge Units Thermal Power Generation and Boilers" (HJ820).
