Scope

This document presents measures to facilitate international trade procedures, including simplification measures, business measures, international payment measures, official regulatory measures, transportation-related measures, and methods and steps for international trade data simplification. This document is applicable to all trade participants, including administrative departments and agencies to manage international trade procedures, and to simplify and standardize trade data to facilitate automatic data exchange between government agencies and between business and government.
