This document stipulates the terms and definitions, protection scope, requirements, production and processing, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of Chifeng buckwheat. This document applies to Chifeng buckwheat approved for protection by the Announcement (No. 354) of the "Measures for the Administration of the Use of Special Indications of Geographical Indications (Trial)".
