1.0.1 In order to strengthen the management of ready-mixed concrete enterprise laboratories (hereinafter referred to as "laboratories"), standardize the testing activities of the laboratories, ensure product quality, and promote technological progress, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 This procedure is applicable to the laboratory management of ready-mixed concrete production enterprises, and other laboratories involved in concrete testing can refer to it. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with this regulation, laboratory management should also comply with current relevant national and industry standards.
