In the Maternal and Infant Nutrition and Health Cohort Field Investigation Technical Document, the field investigation ethical requirements, personnel management, site preparation, study subject recruitment, questionnaires, document archiving and preservation, quality control, and physical fitness for the Maternal and Infant Nutrition and Health Cohort are described. Processes such as inspection, sample collection and processing, and describe the details and points of attention in each link. In the questionnaire survey part, the standard divides the questionnaire survey into five parts according to the research purpose (questionnaire design requirements, questionnaire survey content, questionnaire survey method, survey equipment requirements, and post-survey work matters), standardizing the design of on-site questionnaire surveys.
