Scope

This document describes the terms, definitions and abbreviations, method principles, and general requirements for determination of cell number by flow cytometry, including reagents or materials, equipment, sample preparation, test procedures, validation and reporting of data analysis methods. This document is applicable to cell counting performed by flow cytometer in research, production and inspection.
