- This standard specifies the terms and definitions of atmospheric environmental damage identification and assessment, identification and assessment principles, general requirements for identification and assessment, atmospheric environmental damage investigation and damage determination, causal relationship analysis, physical quantification of atmospheric environmental damage and quantification of the value of atmospheric environmental damage, etc. This standard is applicable to the identification and assessment of damage to the atmospheric environment caused directly by illegal pollutant discharges and sudden environmental incidents. This standard does not apply to the identification and evaluation of atmospheric environmental damage caused by nuclear and radiation, as well as the identification and evaluation of personal damage and property damage caused by atmospheric environmental damage.
