This standard specifies the basic technical requirements for non-destructive testing and acceptance of welded joints in gas-insulated metal enclosed electrical equipment enclosures at all stages of manufacturing, arrival acceptance, and operation and maintenance. This standard is applicable to the quality inspection of welded joints of gas-insulated metal enclosed electrical equipment shells manufactured by fusion welding of carbon structural steel, low alloy structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and aluminum alloys. The welds of other parts welded to the shell should also meet the relevant provisions of this standard. Shells welded by other methods can refer to this.
