This document specifies the quality management requirements for medicinal and food homologous fermentation, fermentation strains and their screening, fermentation processes, quality control requirements, instrument and equipment testing requirements, packaging, storage and transportation requirements, and sample collection and preservation requirements. This document is applicable to the production of medicinal and edible homologous products using fermentation technology.
