This document stipulates the terms and definitions, general principles, basic requirements, pipeline natural gas supply, bottled liquefied petroleum gas supply, gas facilities and equipment, gas safety inspection and training and emergency response for the installation and use of urban gas facilities in catering establishments. This document applies to catering establishments using piped natural gas and bottled liquefied petroleum gas town gas facilities, and does not apply to catering establishments using other energy sources.
