These guidelines are formulated to guide employees in the engineering construction industry to follow scientific activity procedures, use quality management theory and statistical methods, carry out long-term and effective quality management group activities, and promote the continuous improvement of project quality levels and the continuous enhancement of technological innovation capabilities. This guideline applies to organizing employees in the national engineering construction industry to carry out quality management group activities.
