This standard is compiled by MCC Tiangong Group Co., Ltd. in conjunction with relevant units in accordance with the requirements of the China Construction Industry Association's "Notice on Carrying out the First Batch of Group Standards Preparation Work" (Construction Association Letter [2018] No. 7). During the formulation process of this standard, the standard preparation team conducted extensive investigations and research, carefully summarized practical experience, referred to relevant domestic standards and foreign advanced standards, and extensively solicited opinions, and finally reviewed and finalized it.
