Scope
This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of ureide pesticides in water. This standard applies to surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage and industrial wastewater, including tobacco sulfuron-methyl, fengyinsulfuron-methyl, metsulfuron-methyl, methylsulfuron-methyl, oxosulfuron-methyl, oxysulfuron-methyl, aminesulfuron-methyl, and zhika-mine. Determination of 10 kinds of complex urea pesticides including pyridonuron, pyridinuron and oxycarsulon. Using direct injection, when the injection volume is S0, the detection limit of the method is 0.006-0.009 mgIL, and the lower limit of determination is 0.024-0.036 mgL; using liquid-liquid extraction or solid-phase extraction, sample 2530 ml, and the constant volume of the sample When the injection volume is 1.0 ml and the injection volume is 20 hgL, the detection limit of the method is 0.05-0.09 hgL, and the lower limit of determination is 0.20-0.36 hgL.
