Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, packaging and storage of nanocomposite anti-fouling flashover coatings for insulators. This document applies to nanocomposite anti-pollution flashover coatings (hereinafter referred to as "NC anti-pollution flashover coatings") for insulators used in power transmission and transformation equipment such as AC and DC overhead power lines, power plants, substations and converter stations.
