- It stipulates the occurrence of new coronavirus during sample collection, packaging, transportation and other processes for nucleic acid testing of the new coronavirus, as well as during sample processing, nucleic acid extraction, and real-time fluorescence reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (Real time RT-PCR) testing in the laboratory.
