Scope
This standard stipulates the basic provisions for green highway evaluation, green highway scoring standards and grade assessment rules. This standard applies to newly built, renovated and expanded expressways, first-class highways, and second-class highways in Yunnan Province. Other grades of highways may be implemented by reference.
