- Scope
- This regulation stipulates the terms and definitions, basic regulations, construction requirements, and quality acceptance of technical regulations for external wall insulation of thermal insulation decorative panels. This regulation is applicable to the exterior wall insulation system of thermal insulation decorative panels used in new construction, expansion, reconstruction projects and renovation projects of existing residential and public buildings. The insulation decorative panels should be prefabricated products, and the exterior wall insulation decorative panels prefabricated in the factory are used. Carry out construction and installation. This regulation applies to walls made of concrete, concrete hollow blocks, clay and non-clay ordinary bricks and porous bricks as structural materials. This regulation does not apply to aerated concrete walls.
