Scope

This document specifies the usage conditions, composition, technical requirements, testing, nameplate, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of the unified power flow controller voltage source converter. This document is applicable to modular multi-level unified power flow controller voltage source converters with voltage levels of 220kV and above. Unified power flow controller voltage source converters with other voltage levels and topologies should be used as a reference.
