This document specifies the composition, functional requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of overhead transmission line ground conductor breeze vibration monitoring devices. This document is applicable to online monitoring devices for breeze vibration of ground conductors of overhead transmission lines with voltage levels of 110 (66) kV and above. Breeze vibration monitoring devices of conductors of overhead transmission lines with other voltage levels can be used as a reference.
