Scope
3.1 Emotion management Emotion management refers to the study of individuals and groups’ understanding, coordination, guidance, interaction and control of their own emotions and the emotions of others, to fully explore and cultivate the emotional self-control and control abilities of individuals and groups, and thereby produce good self-management Effect. 3.2 Emotion Manager Emotion Manager refers to professionals who use emotion management-related professional knowledge, follow the principles of emotion management, and use emotion management techniques and methods to help clients resolve their emotional problems. 4 Professional Levels and Requirements This specification divides emotion managers into three levels: junior emotion managers, intermediate emotion managers and senior emotion managers, and stipulates corresponding learning objectives, core knowledge points and ability requirements respectively.
