Scope
This standard stipulates the requirements for the safety management and safety facilities of special motor vehicle operating environments in sites (factories) within the scope of the "Special Equipment Catalog" of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. This standard applies to the safety management of the operating environment of special motor vehicles in factories, tourist attractions, amusement parks, ports or docks, etc. The operating environment of special motor vehicles in yards (factories) that are not within the scope of the "Special Equipment Catalog" can be safely managed with reference to this standard.
