Scope
This standard specifies energy-saving parameters, reference test models and measurement methods for mobile communication base station equipment. In the measurement method, the requirements for test environment power supply, test reference point, instrument measurement error, test data record, etc. are defined. This standard is applicable to the base station equipment of GSMTD-SCDMA`WCDMA.CDMA and LTECTD-LTE and LTEFDD) standard.
