This standard specifies the quality requirements, inspection rules and methods, packaging and labeling, transportation and storage of Chinese cabbage (heading Chinese cabbage). This standard is applicable to fresh edible head cabbage purchased, stored, transported, sold and exported. Not suitable for non-heading cabbage.
