- Scope
- This standard specifies the control requirements, limits and detection methods for gasoline oil and gas emissions during the storage, delivery and receipt of gasoline in oil storage depots. This standard applies to the design, acceptance, environmental impact assessment, and post-completion oil and gas emission management of new construction, reconstruction, and expansion of oil storage facilities that store gasoline, as well as oil and gas recovery and transformation projects in existing oil depots. The requirements of this standard for gasoline oiling platforms also apply to diesel oiling platforms.
