- This standard specifies the no-tillage mulching and returning technology for wheat and rapeseed rotation in the northern foothills of the Daxinganling Mountains, including field operation processes and technical quality requirements for wheat and rapeseed rotation, straw return, no-tillage sowing, soil testing and formula fertilization, and pest and disease control. This standard applies to the northern foothills of the Greater Khingan Mountains and areas with similar conditions.
