This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and basic requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of canned apricot jam. This standard applies to canned apricot jam made from apricots as raw materials, processed, pitted, cut into pieces or beaten, added with sugar and citric acid, concentrated, canned, sealed and sterilized.
