Scope

This document specifies methods for the measurement of material thickness using electromagnetic ultrasonic transducers for excitation and reception of ultrasound. This document is applicable to the measurement of steel materials, non-ferrous metals and other materials that use electromagnetic ultrasonic transducers to excite ultrasound in the temperature range of -196 ℃ ~ 800 ℃.
