Scope
In order to standardize the construction of highway construction sites in Anhui Province, promote the standardization, standardization, and refinement of construction management, strengthen construction site management, create civilized and standardized construction sites, eliminate safety hazards, and ensure construction quality, this guideline is specially formulated. This guideline applies to the construction, reconstruction, and expansion of expressways in Anhui Province. First-class highways and other highway projects can be implemented as a reference.
