This document stipulates the relevant basic requirements, technical requirements, security requirements and application functional requirements for the application of blockchain technology in the process of vaccine monitoring, supervision and traceability business activities. This document is applicable to the application of blockchain technology in the collaborative construction, improvement and standardization of a credible vaccine information traceability system by vaccine marketing authorization holders/manufacturers, operating companies, user units, regulatory authorities and social participants.
